Educational Administrators should have vision and efficiency

Whom should one consider as GODs? They are not any imaginary entities..they are the able administrators who support a system. India has not become like Somalia or Afghanistan because we have had a number of able administrators. The efficiency of administration is a critical factor in deciding the condition of people of a land (or any system). Corrupt and inefficient administrators can spoil a system and cause loss of income and job for the employees who depend on the system.

Since able administrators are responsible for sustaining the system they are equivalent to Gods. And the inefficient stupid and corrupt managers are devils. They are responsible for the miseries people face.

See the case of KELTRON. There was a time when KELTRON was the envy of all. Now the situation is grim. Many companies have shut down due to poor administration.
Sincere dedicated and intelligent people at the helm of affairs... the system will blossom like a flower.. Stupid corrupt people without any sincerity can wither that flower in no time...
What is ailing the educational system is the lack of able administrators in the helm of affairs. It is the same with health or public works department. A few people are there who play a role in keeping the system going.. But to make the system rocking and efficient, able administrators must take charge of the affairs.
An able administrator will be good leader.. He will inspire his staff to act. He will give guidance and make available all facilities to the staff to enable them to deliver good services. He will have vision and knowledge of latest technology and management practices. He will update the system and bring it to the forefront.
We need such administrators in Education ministry, Education department, Universities.. Then they will set new trends that will trickle down to lowest levels upto primary schools. The top managers are responsible for the performance of the entire system. The top managers must be the best ..the cream..to sustain the education system
